This project explores the use of a Risograph printer, a duplicating process that works by layering vibrant spot colors one at a time, similar to screen printing. The process embraces slight misregistration and texture, giving each print a unique, handmade quality. For this project, I selected the Nicholas typeface and developed a booklet that characterizes the font through layout, composition, and visual storytelling. Each spread highlights the personality of the type, using the Riso process to enhance its expressive and tactile qualities.
